OmniGate, including its source code, compiled binaries, AI agent configurations, user interface designs, documentation, and all associated intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Polsia Inc. and its licensors.

No open-source license is granted. All rights not expressly granted below are reserved by Polsia Inc.

Licensed for Use Under Active Subscription Only

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of all applicable fees, Polsia Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the OmniGate platform solely for your internal business purposes during the term of your active subscription.

What You May Not Do

The following acts are expressly prohibited without prior written consent from Polsia Inc.:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any part of the OmniGate platform or its source code.
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer access to any third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any compiled component.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on OmniGate.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, logos, or labels.
• Use OmniGate to build a competing product or service.
• Benchmark or publicly disclose performance results without written permission.
• Access OmniGate through automated means to extract data for training AI or ML models.

Ownership & Your Data

Polsia Inc. retains all right, title, and interest in and to the OmniGate platform, including all improvements, modifications, and derivative works created by Polsia Inc.

You retain ownership of all data you input into OmniGate and all outputs your agents generate on your behalf. By using OmniGate, you grant Polsia Inc. a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.

Termination of Licence

This licence ends immediately and automatically, without notice, if you:

• Cancel your subscription or allow it to lapse.
• Breach any term of this licence or the OmniGate Terms of Service.
• Become subject to insolvency proceedings.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of OmniGate and destroy any local copies of materials obtained through the platform. Provisions on intellectual property, restrictions, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

OmniGate is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Polsia Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
